As a Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding client usage and adoption for all Relativity products across the spectrum of the EDRM. The Solutions Specialist works under moderate direction of managers and senior team members.

With having an emphasis as a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting Relativity’s pre-sales activities. You will be responsible for providing clients and prospects with exceptional Relativity experience via workflow assistance and acting as a solution evangelist.

 

Responsibilities

  • Participate in sales calls/meetings with sales management and meetings with prospects, assist in presentations and demos when needed
  • Identify customer/prospect needs and help define solutions to address them
  • Attend to at least 10 client issues per week
  • Travel onsite to meet with clients, discuss advanced issues and/or conduct training at least five days a month
  • Participate in industry events and contributes thought leadership on behalf of Relativity
  • Create, proof, and present documentation and other materials to teach clients about Relativity
  • Manage all assigned Proof of Concept client issues/questions
  • Capture prospect/customer requirements and work with internal teams (sales operations and Solutions) to write proposals detailing how Relativity’s solutions will address business needs 
  • Deliver feedback to the product management team based on prospect or customer interaction, product issues, field deployments and generally observed market trends
  • Track and keep Proof of Concept progress up to date for accurate reporting 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related discipline, or at least three years experience in the legal industry


Preferred Qualifications:

  • JD or Paralegal Certificate
  • Advanced knowledge of Relativity and features
  • Relativity Certified Admin (RCA) a strong plus
  • Best practices around Analytics, Assisted Review, and data Processing
  • Effective communication skills (written, verbal, & presentation)
  • Ability to multitask and self-manage workload
