As the Director, Product Marketing, you will drive the development and implementation of product marketing strategies, which feed into customer marketing plans, programs and messaging.  The Director, Product Marketing leads the transformation into a solutions product marketing approach.  


  • Collaborates to gain commitment and to lead the implementation of product marketing launch plans to ensure delivery of expected results.
  • Proactively collaborates with Product Management to take their roadmap and to convert and to deliver customer-ready roadmap materials for sales and customer communications. 
  • Ensures the success of Relativity One by educating our internal teams on the requirements and differences in competing in a SaaS market and educating the market on our differentiated approach to delivering e-discovery in the cloud. 
  • Partners with Enterprise Sales and Channel Sales to ensure they have the right mix of content, market intelligence and sales tools to sustain aggressive growth.
  • Accountable for managing the market intelligence and the competitive landscape and distributing those insights while leveraging the information for product roadmap input, differentiated positioning and messaging and helping sales win new business faster. 
  • Partners collaboratively across Marketing and all Relativity to ensure product performance goals are attained; provides input and influences decisions on product investments.
  • Launches products and manages the ongoing communications with target audiences including SaaS-specific product communications and launch, on-premises product communications and launch and support for specific technologies like Hybrid, Data, Grid, Analytics. 
  • Collaborates with Product Management and our Pricing Committee to propose pricing and packaging of products that appeal to buyers and partners and drives growth.
  • Creates and executes marketing programs that are part of broader product lifecycle management including migration programs, end of life programs and upgrade programs. An example migration program could focus on transitioning appliance customers to Relativity One. 
  • Builds and delivers scalable sales enablement content and tools based on market and sales needs.
  • Ensures product content and sales tools drive actions to maximize product success.
  • Partners with marketing teams to create strategies, plans and content for the end user marketing outreach.
  • Develops a talent management plan/process for product marketing that supports the strategic and future needs of the business and drives for efficiencies and improvements in effectiveness.
  • Fosters and builds a high performing organization that consistently exceeds the expectations of all stakeholders (Sales, all Relativians, partners, end customers,) as well as prospective buyers. 


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10 Years experience in Product Marketing or 15 years Marketing experience
  • Seasoned track record of working with Sales and Marketing with aggressive revenue growth

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 15+ years experience in Product Marketing
  • Product Marketing experience in SaaS company
  • Seasoned track record of working with Sales and Marketing with aggressive revenue growth
