As the e-Discovery industry continues to expand, Relativity believes it is well positioned to be the most innovative and reliable e-Discovery software tool available. The Lead Generation Sales Intern is a wonderful opportunity for an aspiring individual looking to begin a business development career with a fast-paced dynamic software company that is continuously relied upon by law firms, corporate business and government entities.

 

This position will focus primarily on developing mutually agreed-upon discussions with potential users and the Relativity Sales team. Communication will be done through phone calls, e-mail and social media communication (primarily LinkedIn).  A Lead Generation Intern will work directly with the Team Lead, Inside Sales but will have a consistent level of communication with the Relativity Marketing team.

Responsibilities

Activities will include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Help in prospecting campaigns
  • Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing teams to participate in lead generation activities
  • Prospecting via phone, e-mail and social media tools
  • Learn qualifying questions
  • Help with research of sales and marketing data used in campaigns

Your first priority is to learn the skills, behavior, and best practices that our Account Managers exhibit in their day to day interactions with prospects, clients and colleagues. By collaborating with the Sales team in building their prospective user pipelines, you will play a positive factor in our company’s growth.  In order to accomplish this, you will need to: 

 

  • Learn about Relativity and how it’s best positioned and sold in the market
  • Learn and execute Relativity’s prospecting approach, deployment models and partner network
  • Learn and keep up-to-date with the Relativity CRM tool, Salesforce. 
  • Exhibit Relativity’s core values in your interactions with co-workers and clients. 

Qualifications

  • Current student, pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, or related area of study
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and highly organized
  • A high level of professionalism and responsiveness
  • Technical background a plus
  • Team player
  • Friendly and honest with an unparalleled level of customer commitment
